Book: Harrison's Principles Of Internal Medicine

Has anyone read this?

It occurred me to put this here because of what @shipitmang said. Studies and articles sometimes don't mean anything comparing to a book. I even wonder how many of those so-called health experts have read a book like this.
It's a pretty huge book. All I know is that my medical friends studied this book for a year and had to memorize it completely for their specialization exam (ridiculous I must say).
I think if someone wants to get really deep and has interest in knowing more about Medicine, this is an excellent way to do it (whether you completely agree or not on what they say here). It will sure add something new.
